FPA Has The 2017 Presidential Inauguration Covered With GroundShieldz

Washington, DC – FPA (Field Protection Agency) headquartered just outside of Boston, MA with a satellite office near Nashville, TN is an industry leader in turf protection.

FPA recently wrapped up its biggest project to date covering the National Mall for the 2017 Presidential Inauguration using their signature product GroundShieldz.

FPA deployed nearly 750,000 sq ft of drivable and pedestrian flooring over the course of their setup, making this one of the largest flooring projects ever in Washington, DC. Utilizing sixty-four workers FPA was able to lay GroundShieldz down at a rate of 90,000 sq ft every four hours.

Debuted in 2016 at Fenway Park GroundShieldz is proudly made in the USA out of 100% recyclable materials providing pedestrian friendly turf protection. Capable of supporting 300 PSI and suitable for both natural and artificial turfs, GroundShieldz was the ideal choice for such a high-profile project.

Founded in 2012, FPA has quickly established themselves as the benchmark of turf protection. Owners Mike Zorena and Jim Brammer have nearly seventy-five years of combined industry experience to ensure that all of their products provide their clients with superior results that are second to none. FPA is also nearing completion on a drivable specific version of GroundShieldz.
